Infosys Limited, its subsidiaries, associates, and affiliated companies (collectively referred to as “Infosys”, “us”, “we”) are committed to process your personal data as per the laws of your jurisdiction. We hereby notify you the following information about your personal data processing –

Personal data collected:

In view of the foregoing, the following Personal Data would be required to be collected from you for the purposes as specified below:

·       Mandatory: Your First name, Last name, , Email address, Organization, Functional Cookies.

·       Optional: Your Title, Pronouns, Comments (Q&A)

Data Recipients / Accessible to:

Your Personal Data will be accessible to certain authorized Infosys employees in internal functions such as Human Resource and to our authorized vendors such as  Design247 LLC and Digital Jalebi Pvt. Ltd and its affiliates and sub-contractors or agents who may require access to the same for processing in relation to the below stated purpose(s).

Lawfulness of Processing:

We process your Personal Data with your consent-

·       For the purpose of registration into the NCOD summit.

·       For the purpose of providing you career opportunities at the Job fair hosted on NCOD.

·       For the purpose of communicating with you.

 When we process personal data based on consent, your consent is revocable at any time.

Secondary Purpose:

If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Notice, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing, unless authorized by law.

Your Rights (as per applicable DP laws):

You are entitled to exercise your data privacy rights as per applicable DP laws. In case of any queries related to your data processing or to exercise your data privacy rights as per applicable DP laws, you may reach out to Data Privacy Office Team via AHD (if you are an Infosys employee) or by sending mail to privacy@infosys.com

Right to Withdrawal: Where we process your Personal Data based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent to the processing at any time in the future. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing operation before your withdrawal. To withdraw your consent, please contact privacy@infosys.com, NCOD@infosys.com 

Data Transfer:

·       For Non-EU/EEA: - If necessary, for the above stated purpose, the Personal Data listed above may be transferred to Infosys offices located in India, to our Authorized Vendor cloud service provider’s severs located in Asia Pacific and to our auditors, where applicable. We shall take the necessary steps to ensure confidentiality and security of the transferred data. Your personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction based on your consent/ DTA/SCC, where applicable (based on applicable DP Laws).

·       For EU/EEA, UK: - The Personal Data listed above may be transferred to countries located outside of the EU/EEA, UK, for which data protection legislation may differ from that of the EEA, i.e. to Infosys office located in India, to our Authorized Vendors’ cloud service provider severs located in Asia Pacific and to our auditors, where applicable. We shall take the necessary steps to ensure confidentiality and security of the transferred data.  We have in particular implemented the following safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c) GDPR), the copies can be obtained by writing to privacy@infosys.com.

Data Security:

Infosys adopts reasonable and appropriate security practices and procedures including administrative, physical security, and technical controls in order to safeguard your Personal Data.

Data Retention:

Personal Data will not be retained for a period more than necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice unless a longer retention period is required by law or for directly related legitimate business purposes.
